Maintenance of the Hydraulic System

Regularly inspect and maintain hydraulic components and seals at all connection points.

The pulling plate carriage,sprockets,and chains should be checked regularly to ensure cleanliness and smooth operation.

Operators should develop the habit of frequently checking the stability of the filter press structure and the condition of its components.

If any abnormalities are detected,they should be reported to maintenance personnel immediately.

Long-Term Storage Precautions

If the filter press is not in use for an extended period,the filter plates should be thoroughly cleaned and neatly arranged on the machine frame,then pressed tightly with 1-5 MPa pressure.

The filter cloth should be cleaned and dried before storage.

The exposed parts of the piston rod and the integrated block should be coated with grease to prevent rust.

Although filter press maintenance and care take only a small amount of time,many small details require attention,which may seem tedious.However,proper care ensures the longevity and efficiency of the equipment.
