Daily Maintenance of Chamber Filter Press

To ensure the normal operation of the chamber filter press and extend its service life, regular maintenance is essential. Before using the chamber filter press, carefully read the operator’s manual to understand the machine's structure and operating principles. The operating parameters should always be maintained within the specified range. Keep accurate operational records, noting equipment performance and any issues that arise.

If a fault occurs, repair it immediately and avoid operating the machine under faulty conditions. After operation, remove any residue from all parts of the equipment to keep the filter press clean. Components that move relative to each other should be kept clean and lubricated. Frequently check the sealing surface of each filter plate to ensure it remains clean. Also, inspect whether the filter cloth is folded properly and whether the filter cloth holes align correctly with the filter plate holes.

A filter plate must be firmly sealed for the filter press to function correctly. Pay special attention to the cleanliness of the hydraulic system oil and replace it regularly. Check the sealing integrity of hydraulic component interfaces and pipelines frequently. For filter presses operating in corrosive or humid environments, monitor the moisture and corrosion resistance of electronic control components. Regularly inspect insulation and operational reliability. Any components that become inflexible or lose accuracy should be replaced or repaired immediately.

The track of the plate puller in the automatic plate-pulling system tends to accumulate slurry and filter residue, which must be cleaned promptly to prevent increased resistance and corrosion. Chains and other moving parts should be lubricated frequently. If the chamber filter press is not used for an extended period, clean and stack the filter plates flat to prevent deformation. Additionally, the filter cloth should be washed and dried, while the piston rod and other metal components should be oiled to prevent rust.
