System structure and advantages of diaphragm filter press

In the general industrial filtration process,the diaphragm filter press is a general term for the manual jack filter press and the mechanical filter press.The main structure is the same,but the pressing system is different.The diaphragm filter press is mainly composed of four parts:the frame part,the filter part,the hydraulic system,and the electrical control part.When the diaphragm filter press is working,the piston in the cylinder pushes the pressure plate to press the filter plate and the filter medium between the filter plate and the thrust plate to ensure that the filtered material of the working pressure of the diaphragm filter press is pressurized and filtered in the filter chamber.

Frame part

The appearance of the diaphragm filter press is similar to that of the ordinary plate and frame filter press,and the function of its frame system is also similar:to provide support for the hydraulic system and the filter plate system.

Hydraulic system

The hydraulic system is an important part of the diaphragm filter press.The filter plate group is pressed by the main hydraulic oil rod,so that the cavities in the filter plate group are connected into a continuous container,which provides conditions for the continuous filtration of the material.The filter plates are grouped by a small hydraulic oil rod group,which reduces the labor of manual plate pulling in the plate and frame filter in the past.

Filter plate and filter cloth system

Generally speaking,there are four types of filter plates for diaphragm filter presses,namely head plates,tail plates,membrane plates,and cavity plates,and the filter cloth also divides the corresponding filter plates into the above four types.Depending on the filter medium,working pressure,and temperature,the material selection of the filter plate and filter cloth will be different.

Electrical part

The electrical part is the control center of the entire diaphragm filter press,and the entire diaphragm filter press is controlled by controlling the hydraulic station.The diaphragm filter press has a reasonable structural design,stable and reliable performance,simple operation,convenient maintenance,and a wide range of applications.It is an ideal equipment for suspension separation.

Advantages of Diaphragm Filter Press

The diaphragm filter press adopts a filter plate expansion design.Gas is introduced into the filter plate to expand and deform it,squeezing the filter cake in the middle of the filter plate,thereby reducing the water content of the filter cake.

Adopt gas backflush technology.When high-strength and high-pressure gas is introduced into the filter plate filter cake,when the filter press stops feeding,the filtered filter residue is further dried,which can reduce capillary water,structural water,etc.,in the filter residue.

The filter plate adopts a slope design.The feed port of the diaphragm filter press is designed above.The filter plate makes the filtrate fully contact with the diaphragm through the inclined surface,thereby filtering well,improving the filtration speed,and increasing work efficiency.

The structure of the filter plate.Each filter plate is composed of a polypropylene filter plate and a combined plate.The combined plate is composed of two filter frames,which is equivalent to filtering two filter cloths at the same time,which is not only convenient for replacing the filter cloth,but also doubles the efficiency.

The material of the filter plate.The diaphragm of the diaphragm filter press is made of natural rubber,and the filter plate is generally made of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene.All raw materials are imported.
