Precautions for installation and use of diaphragm filter press

The diaphragm filter press has the advantages of solid-liquid separation, high pressing pressure, good corrosion resistance, easy maintenance, safety, and reliability. It is the first choice of customers in metallurgy, gas, manual pressure filter paper, coke, food, brewing, fine chemicals, and other industries. Installation and Use Precautions:

The foundation of the membrane filter press should be leveled before installation. When using it, the operator must be familiar with the contents of the instruction manual and operate, debug, use, and maintain it according to the requirements of the instruction manual.

Install the cylinder seat and level it with a pad so that the two seats are on the same horizontal plane; choose high-quality filter cloth with no damage and no wrinkles or overlap on the sealing surface.

Install the tail plate. Connect the tail plate to the main beam. Before use, check the zero position of the whole machine, whether the parts are installed safely, whether the fasteners are tightened, whether there is oil leakage in the hydraulic system, and whether the transmission parts are flexible and reliable.

Install the main beam support. The area around the hydraulic system must be kept clean, waterproof, and dustproof.

The tail plate should be leveled after installation. The working condition of the machine should be closely observed after each startup. If there is any abnormality, the machine should be stopped and checked immediately.

Find the right diaphragm. This can be achieved by adjusting the left and right position of the tail plate.

Install the top plate. Install the pressure plate to connect the top plate and the piston rod. After the machine is used for one month, clean the oil tank, oil circuit, and oil cylinder, replace qualified new oil, and then replace and clean it every six months.

Install the guide rail box bracket and the upper and lower guide rail boxes.

Install the transmission part. Use low freezing point hydraulic oil in high-altitude and cold areas.

Hang the filter plate on the main rail with the positioning handles on the same side. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the machine and turn on the power during work.

Install the filter cloth and make sure it is well pressed.

Adjust the height of the guide box and the distance between the bottom of the filter plate handle and the bottom of the upper guide box, based on the stable and reliable action of the pull tab. Check the access channel frequently to ensure it is unobstructed.

The diaphragm filter press is used for sludge and sewage treatment. The moisture content of the filter cake can be as low as 60%. Compared with the traditional membrane filter, the solid content of the filter cake can be increased by more than 2 times, which greatly reduces the transportation cost of the filter cake. The filter cake enters the power plant and is directly burned.

The material before filtration must fill the filter chamber, and the air must be exhausted after filtration. Then, the filter is opened to discharge the material to avoid filter rupture. Check the compressed air pipeline frequently during work. If the pipeline falls off or leaks seriously, immediately close the air inlet valve and open the release valve. After repair, it can continue to be used.
