Working Principle:
First, pressure is applied through a hydraulic system or other power devices to tightly compress the filter plates, forming a sealed filtration chamber. The liquid containing solid particles, such as electronic slurry or electroplating wastewater, is pumped into the filter chamber by the feed pump.
Under pressure, the liquid passes through the filter cloth, while the solid particles are trapped on the surface of the filter cloth. As filtration progresses, the solid particles accumulate on the cloth, forming a filter cake and achieving solid-liquid separation.
When the filter cake reaches a certain thickness and the filtration resistance increases, causing a slowdown in filtration speed, the filter cake can be further squeezed by the squeezing device to expel more liquid, increasing the dryness of the filter cake.
Finally, once the filtration and squeezing processes are complete, the filter plates are loosened, and through the automatic plate pulling system, the plates are separated. The filter cake falls off the filter cloth due to its own gravity or with the help of a discharging device, completing the discharge process.
