Program-Controlled Automatic Chamber Filter Press

The program-controlled automatic chamber filter press is a filtration device composed of filter plates arranged to form filter chambers. Each filter chamber is formed by two adjacent recessed filter plates, with filter cloth fixed on each plate. Under the pressure of the feed pump, the material liquid is fed into the filter chamber, where solids and liquids are separated through the filter cloth, forming a filter cake. The filtrate passes through the filter cloth and flows along the grooves of the filter plates into the lower liquid discharge channel for drainage.

The program-controlled automatic filter press is operated by a microcomputer PLC controller, enabling various functions such as filter plate pressing, liquid collection plate merging and opening, plate loosening, plate pulling, and water washing. The plate-pulling motor adopts a low-energy consumption, small-power variable frequency motor, ensuring energy efficiency and environmental protection. A speed reducer motor enhances transmission torque, while the variable frequency motor offers a wide speed adjustment range from 20Hz to 60Hz, allowing for adjustable speed and pulling force. Additionally, a remote control interface is provided for automated remote operation. This filter press is suitable for materials requiring efficient dewatering and high-performance operation. Its most notable features include a compact structure, stable performance, high efficiency, and low operating costs.

The filter press frame, including the pressing plate and thrust plate, is made of high-quality Q345B steel plates, welded using CO₂ shielded welding. Rust and oxide scales are removed by high-speed centrifugal shot blasting. After being coated with an epoxy iron oxide primer, the frame achieves optimal adhesion, corrosion resistance, high hardness, excellent tensile strength, and strong impact resistance. It undergoes an ultra-pressure test, ensuring a safety factor of 2.2 times, guaranteeing safe and stable use. The main beam is made of high-quality Q345B channel steel or H-beam steel, designed with a reasonable welding structure and processed using automatic welding technology. This ensures structural stability, meets the requirements of high-pressure filter plates, and completely eliminates main beam deformation issues.
