II. Product Structural Features

These reinforcing ribs can effectively disperse the pressure, preventing the filter plate from deforming or cracking under high pressure and ensuring the stability and reliability of the filter plate during long-term use.

Characteristics of Diaphragm Material: The special material used for the diaphragm part has characteristics such as high elasticity, high-pressure resistance, and good flexibility. Under the action of high-pressure fluid, the diaphragm can expand uniformly, comprehensively and effectively squeezing the filter cake. At the same time, it can quickly return to its original shape after the pressure is released, ensuring the service life of the diaphragm and the dehydration effect.
IV. Working Principle
Filtration Stage: After the filter press is started, a certain number of Type 1500 polypropylene high-pressure diaphragm chamber filter plates are closely arranged under the action of strong mechanical force, and the inner cavities between the filter plates form a filter chamber. The material to be filtered is conveyed into the filter chamber under the specified feeding pressure. The solid particles in the material are intercepted by the filter cloth and gradually form a filter cake on the surface of the filter plate, while the liquid part passes through the filter cloth, follows the drainage grooves on the surface of the filter plate, and is discharged from the filter chamber through the drainage holes, achieving preliminary solid-liquid separation.
Pressing Stage: After the filtration is completed, high-pressure fluid (such as compressed air or water, etc.) is injected into the space between the diaphragm and the filter plate. The diaphragm expands and bulges under high pressure, squeezing the filter cake in the filter chamber to further squeeze out the water in the filter cake, reducing the moisture content of the filter cake and improving the solid-liquid separation effect. After pressing, the moisture content of the filter cake can be significantly reduced, facilitating subsequent treatment and disposal.
Discharge Stage: After the pressing is completed, the pressure between the filter plates is reduced, and the filter plates are loosened. The filter cake falls off from the surface of the filter plate due to its own gravity or with the help of an auxiliary discharge device (such as a scraper, etc.), completing the discharge process and preparing for the next filtration cycle.
V. Application Fields
Chemical Industry: In the production of chemical raw materials and the purification of chemical products, it is used to separate various suspension liquids, emulsions, and other materials, such as in the filtration links of the production of dyes, pigments, pesticides, fertilizers, etc., effectively removing impurities and improving product purity.
