The filter press cloth washing cart, also known as the automatic filter cloth cleaning system or automatic filter press cleaning device, is a commonly used auxiliary accessory for filter presses. Its principle involves fully automated high-pressure cleaning of the filter cloth through PLC program control and motor servo drive, significantly improving filtration performance, enhancing filtration efficiency, extending the service life of the filter cloth, reducing manual labor, and lowering labor intensity. It effectively addresses the challenge of filter cloth cleaning in various filter press applications.

The filter press cloth washing cart mainly consists of six parts: the cleaning device travel beam, water inlet pipe, washing pipe, lifting device, traveling mechanism, and limit control system. Depending on the installation space available at the upper part of the filter press, there are two options: vertical washing and foldable horizontal washing. Based on material viscosity, medium-pressure and high-pressure cleaning solutions are available. For specific working conditions, separate washing designs with cold and hot water, as well as clean water and detergent water, can be customized.
