Programmable Automatic Chamber Filter Press
The frame of the programmable automatic chamber filter press is optimally designed and welded from high-quality carbon steel. The main beam is made of hot-rolled structural steel formed in one process, followed by stress-relief treatment and mechanical rust removal to ST2 grade. The main welded components undergo high-speed airflow shot blasting for surface treatment, ensuring excellent wear resistance, strong coating adhesion, low shrinkage, and high mechanical strength. The coating is dense, pinhole-free, electrically insulating, and environmentally friendly with minimal volatile components.
The filter plates are made of TPE elastomer alkali-free glass fiber polypropylene, combining the toughness and rigidity of reinforced polypropylene with the elasticity of rubber diaphragms. This ensures durability, prevents detachment, and extends service life. These plates are resistant to corrosion, acids, alkalis, and salts, and are non-toxic and odorless. They can withstand a clamping pressure of up to 25 MPa. The hydraulic system’s oil cylinder is precision-machined to an IT7 level of accuracy.
The automatic plate-pulling and cake discharge system uses a low-energy, small-power frequency conversion motor, promoting energy efficiency and environmental protection. A reduction motor enhances transmission torque, while the frequency motor offers an adjustable speed range of 20Hz-60Hz. The toothed chain transmission drives the conveyor chain, which, in turn, operates the mechanical plate-pulling system.
The automatic plate-pulling filter press is PLC-controlled, enabling fully automated operations such as plate compression, release, separation, and cake discharge. It can function automatically or be manually operated. Key functionalities include:

Operational Process:
The hydraulic system initiates to compress the filter plates. Once the set pressure is reached, it stops automatically.
The feed pump and feed pipeline valves open, pumping slurry into the filter press. The filter cloth separates solids from liquids, retaining filter residue while allowing filtrate to pass through outlet pipes into the clean water tank.
Once the filter chamber is filled, the feed pump stops, and the feed valve closes.
The compression plate retracts to its limit position, enabling cake discharge.
The compression system reactivates for the next filtration cycle.
This equipment is easy to operate, highly stable, and widely used in various industries, including chemicals, light industry, petroleum, pharmaceuticals, food processing, resource extraction, metallurgy, coal mining, and environmental protection. It is particularly effective for treating wastewater from chemical plants, smelting, electroplating, leather processing, dyeing, pharmaceuticals, livestock farms, slaughterhouses, sand washing, construction piling, and stone cutting.
